The Security Deposit shall be held by Company as security for Lessee failing to return the Watercraft in as good condition, ordinary wear and tear only excluded, as when received, for reimbursement of property or articles damaged, missing or broken, and for reimbursement for such consumable items as may have been used and not paid by Lessee, and not as advance payment of the reservation payment or a measure of Company’s damages.
#DOUBLE DECKER PONTOON FULL#
Lessee authorizes Company to charge Lessee’s credit card on file for the full amount of the Security Deposit, along with any other costs incurred by Lessee in accordance with the terms hereof. Lessee shall deposit a security deposit in the amount elected by Lessee below (the “Security Deposit”) with Company upon Lessee’s execution of this Agreement, which is in addition to the rental payment and any rental charges or service fees. **please note the 6 hour trip is actually a 7 hour trip Rental times are - 4 hour trip starts at 8:00am,12:30pm We highly and strongly recommend that all our renters take a boat safety course for the state of Kentucky.
#DOUBLE DECKER PONTOON LICENSE#
You must also hold a US Driver's License to rent. You must be 21 years or older to operate this boat. We have multiple boats of the same make and model, so the boat may be slightly different than as pictured.
#DOUBLE DECKER PONTOON DRIVER#
Driver must sign the damage waiver upon acceptance of the boat. Masks must be worn inside the marina at all times. **Back to back multi-day discount 10% off second boat / day Pet friendly - Pet fee REQUIRED to bring a pet, paid in advance $50, fuel not included, NO COOLERS FOR ANY BOATS, all boats have anchors This cleaning fee also applies to messes left from fishing and/or smoking. Any excessive mess left on the boat will result in a cleaning fee. Pets must be boat trained and cleaned up after.
Our boats are pet friendly and there is a pet fee surcharge of $50. Children are required to wear a life jacket at all times, and we do provide them at the marina. You are not allowed to beach the boat, under any circumstances. No better way to pass time than spending it boating on the lake! Our boat is perfect for cruising the lake with family or friends.
